To make juice, first, wash the kiwi, then peel and cut it into slices We also require sugar syrup to add to the juice; you can use homemade sugar syrup or store-bought.

Combine the kiwi slices, ice cubes, sugar syrup, lemon juice, black salt, and chilled water in the jug of a juicer or blender. 

Blend the mixture thoroughly.

After blending, use a strainer or muslin cloth to strain the juice, removing any seeds and peels.

Once strained, you can add more chilled water to the jug and mix well. If you prefer it colder,

  3. Sugar syrup, as per taste
  4. 1/2 tsp, black salt
  5. 1 tbsp, lemon juice
