Ingredients:
- 250g, gram flour
- 2 tbsp, cornflour
- 2 tsp, red chili flakes
- 1/2 tsp, turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp, whole coriander crushed
- 1/2 tsp, ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp, fresh Coriander leaves finely chopped
- 3, green chilies finely chopped
- 2 pinch, baking soda
- 1 tsp, cumin crushed
- 6 eggs, hard-boiled
- 3-4 pinches, lemon food color
- 300 ml, of cooking oil for frying
How to make Anda Pakora?
- Take a wok or deep frying pan add pour and heat it
- Put a pan on high flame and add water to it.
- Bring it to a boil and then put the eggs along with salt
- It won't take more than 15 minutes to be hard-boiled
- Remove from the flame and let it cool
- Meanwhile, prepare the batter of gram flour.
- In a mixing bowl add gram flour.r
- Then combine all spices red chili powder, turmeric, cumin and coriander seeds, ginger garlic paste, salt, food color, cornflour, and baking so
- Mix well and pour water gradually stirring to combine well
- Until becomes fluffy and smooth without any lumps
- The batter neither should be thick nor thin otherwise it will not stick to the egg.
- Now put green chilies and coriander and mix them well
- Keep aside 10 minutes
- Now take 1 piece of egg dip it with the batter and put it into the medium hot oil.
- Keep flame low-medium otherwise, pakora will remain uncooked from the inside and burn from the outside.
- Put 3-4 pakora in the wok in one batch
- Flip it carefully so that it doesn't shatter
- Fry them until you get a nice golden brown color
- Place the kitchen towel on the plate or tray so that can remove excess oil
- Transfer to the serving plate/tray
- Now Ready to serve with the green sauce and ketchup
