This is another variation of spaghetti with mince, I guess all those who like minced meat and spaghetti will love this, cook your spaghetti last and have it warm with the minced meat or you can toss them up both together with a little bit of olive
Adding cream makes it a saucy and mouthwatering meal, you can skip this as optional

Firstly pour 3 liters of water into the pot
Let it cook for around 10-12 minutes
Fry the onion-garlic till turns brown

Then again pass them through cold water and set aside, meantime chopped onion and garlic

Add hot chili garlic sauce, stir to mix well for 3-4 minutes then add mixed herbs further stir to combine well, pour 1 cup of water and stir well till minced sauce is thickened
Then Add boiled spaghetti, cream, and salt and stir to combine well

Ingredients:
- 5 cups boiled spaghetti
- 1 big, onion chopped
- 1 tbsp, chopped garlic
- 3 tbsp, chopped capsicum
- 1 cup, hot chili garlic sauce
- 200g, mutton mince,
- 1 tsp, black peppercorn freshly crushed
- 1 tsp, Italian mix herbs
- 4 tbsp, butter/olive oil
- salt to taste
- 1 cup, thick cream optional
How to Make Spaghetti Bolognese?
- Firstly pour 3 liters of water into the pot
- Bring it to a boil then add salt and 2 tbsp olive oil put spaghettis
- Let it cook for around 10-12 minutes
- Once the spaghetti is boiled then drain them out through the strainer
- Then again pass them through cold water set aside
- Meantime chopped onion and garlic
- In a pan/wok heat the oil
- Then add onion and garlic
- Fry them till turns brown in color
- Add mince and stir well till mince water dries up
- Add capsicum, black, and pepper powder
- Mix them together on a low-medium flame
- Then add hot chili garlic sauce
- Allow to cook them for 3-4 minutes
- Then add Italian mix herbs and stir slightly
- Add I cup of water and mix well till the mince sauce is thickened
- Add boiled spaghetti, cream, and salt
- Mix well together
- Now spaghetti bolognese is done serve hot
