Zafrani Mutton Biryani is quite tasty and simple. Zafrani Mutton Biryani is an elegant style of  Mutton Zafrani Biryani. Cooked with marinated meat, all spices, and saffron, which is why it is called zafrani biryani. It has a very different taste from regular biryani. You have a dinner/party at your home, and you want to cook a rice dish that is easy and mind-blowing. Trust me and choose this one. It’s very easy to cook andnog less than other biryani.

I love fewer-ingredient meals, and this biryani has fewer ingredients. A unique recipe,e not only easy to make but very delicious and appetizing. You must have tried a lot of biryani recipes,s but this one is very different from others you haven't tried this recipe, then just ponder if you are going to lose a quality dish. To prepare this recipe, first peel and cut the onion into slices.

Soak the saffron in the milk.k

Chop the coriander and mint leaves.

Whisk the yogurt

Rinse the mutton under the running water,r then add lemon juice and ginger-garlic paste. Stir to mix well.

Leave the mutton by covering it for 15 minutes.
                      


No, we combine powder spices and yogurt with the marinated meat. Stir to combine well.

And further leave it to rest for 15 minutes. Total marinating time is 30 minutes.

Heat the ghee on medium heat in the pot and put the onion slices. First 10 minutes, fry the onion on high heat.
Once they turn to light golden, lower the flame to medium-low

Keep on stirring until the onion turns a nice golden brown in color. The half-fried onion is out of the oil.

Drain the onion on the plate for use later.

In the same pot,t add the marinated mutton. Fryry it for 5 minutes on medium flame. Pour 2 cups of water.

Bring it to a boil and cook it till the meat is tender.

Meanwhile, the mutton is cooking,g rinse the rice thoroughly until starch is removed. ed Soak the rice for 30 minutes, then set aside.
                            


Once the meat is tender

Add green chilies to the mutton masala.

Then add chopped coriander leaves and mint, stir to mix. Simmerer the mutton masala for 3-4 minutes over a low to medium flame.

Turn off the flame and take the excess oil out of another bowl.

Pour the water into the large capacipot. Add enough amount of salt until the water becomes salty, then add whole spices along with oil. Once the water 
                               


Add the soaked rice and stir well.

And cook the rice at about 90%

Drain the rice into the colander and set it aside.

Heat the Tawa

In the large-capacity heavy-bottomed pot, spread the first layer of mutton masala and then all the rice. Make two holes in the rice and add food color, and drizzle some remaining oil.

Cover the lid and place any heavy metal objects so that steam can be sealed within the pot. Place the pot on a ot tawa. Allow the biryani to simmer for the first 5-8 minutes on high flame, then reduce the heat to low. Let it simmer further for 10 minutes.
                             


Turn off the flame. Zafranii Biryani is ready. Let the biryani cool down a bit.

Ingredients:
  1. 500g, mutton/beef/chicken
  2. 200g, onion slices
  3. 200g, homemade yogurt 
  4. 15g, ghee
  5. 2 tbs, ginger garlic paste
  6. 2 medium-sized lemons, freshly squeezed
  7. ½ cup, coriander leaves chopped
  8. 1 tbsp, mint chopped
  9. 6-8, green chilies
  10. 3-4 pinches, yellow food color
For Spices:
  1. 1 tsp red chili powder
  2. 1 tbsp crushed coriander powder
  3. ½ tsp turmeric powder
  4. 1 tsp,zeera powder
  5. 1 tsp, alt or to taste
  6. 2 tbsp, biryani masala
  7. ½ tsp,garam masala
Other ingredients:
  1. 20-23 threads, saffron
  2. 50ml, milk
  3. 3-4 drops, biryani essence
For Rice:
  1. 500g of long-grain rice soaked
  2. 1 liter of water
  3. 1 tbsp oil
  4. 3-4 tsp, salt
  5. 2 pcs, bay leaves
  6. 2 pads, green cardamom
  7. ½ pcs, star anise 
  8. ½ tsp, black cumin
  9. 2 cloves
  10. 1-inch, cinnamon stick
How to make Zafrani Biryani?

  28. Once the water boils,r add the soaked rice
  29. Cook the rice at about 90%
  30. Drain the rice into the colander and set it aside
  31. Heat the Tawa
  32. In the large-capacity heavy-bottom pot, spread the first layer of all the mutton masala, then all the rice
  33. This recipe doesn’t call for 2-3 layers. This biryani has just one layer
  34. Make two holes among the rice and add food color, drizzle some remaining oil
  35. Then add fried brown onion, saffron milk, and biryani essence
  36. Cover the lid and place any heavy metal thing so that steam can be sealed within the pot
  37. Place the pot on a hot tawa. Allow simmering of the biryani for the first 5-8 minutes on high flame,e then reduce the heat to low
  38. Let it simmer further for 10 minutes
  39. Turn off the flame
  40. Zafrani Biryani is ready _Let the biryani cool down a bit between
  41. Then fluff the rice up
  42. Transfer to the serving dish/tray
  43. Serve hot with mixed veggie raita or cumin raita
