To prepare bread rolls, first cut all four edges of the bread slices.

- Rinse the chicken mince in the colander and keep it aside

Ingredients For Stuffing:
- 500g chicken mince
- 250g of grated cheese, Mozzarella, and cheddar mixed
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbs ginger garlic paste, freshly ground
- 1 tbsp, white vinegar
- 1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp, black pepper powder
- 1 tsp, crushed black powder
- 1 tsp crushed coriander powder
- 1 tsp crushed cumin powder
- 100ml, olive oil/canola oil
Vegetables:
- 1 cup of boiled peas
- ½ cup chopped capsicum
- ½ cup, chopped tomato
- 1 cup, chopped onion
For Bread Rolls:
- 10-12, bread slices fresh
- Oil as needed for frying
For Binding the Bread Rolls:
- 4 to 5 tbsp milk or water mixed with 2 tbsp flour
For Coating:
- As required, homemade breadcrumbs
- 2-4 pieces of eggs
- 2 tbsp milk
How to make a Chicken Cheese Bread Roll?
- Heat the oil in a wide pan p, put chopped onion and sauté it for 5 minutes until translucent.
- Then add ginger garlic paste and stir well for 2-3 minutes
- Put washed chicken mince and fry with onion till it changes colour
- Combine all spices first, add chopped tomatoes and capsicum
- Cook them for 2 minutes, then put boiled peas, salt, crushed black pepper powder, red chilli powder, crushed cumin and coriander powder, white vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce
- Stir to mix well, ll then cover the lid and let it cook for around 15 minutes on medium heat. Cook the mince until the water dries out
- Once the water has evaporated from the mince, put the grated cheese into the mince and mix well on low-medium flame till dissolved
- Turn off the flame and let them cool down completely. Set them aside
- Begin to roll the bread slices with a rolling stick to flatten them like roti/chapati
- Flatten to a thin sheet, which prevents the bread from absorbing oil
- Apply the flour mixture on all four edges to seal
- Place chicken stuffing on one side of the bread slice
- Begin to fold the stick's edges together and seal the inner filling if needed. Apply more flour mixture to the edges
- Transfer them to a plate/tray and keep them covered to prevent drying
- Repeat the same process with all remaining bread balls
- Take 1 bread roll and dip it into a beaten egg right after coating it with breadcrumbs
- Place on tray/plate
- At this stage, you can freeze them and take them out of the refrigerator 30 minutes before frying
- Heat only a few tbsp of oil. just enough to partially cover the rolls while frying
- Make sure the oil is hot enough, then drop 2-4 rolls at a ttimee depending on the size of the pan used
- Fry until golden, flip, and fry evenly
- Remove the bread roll to the kitchen towel/tissues
- Serve bread rolls with sauce and ketchup
