To make this recipe, first marinate the mutton chops, rinse them, and then beat the chops with a meat hammer or any heavy pin.

Squeeze the yogurt in a muslin cloth or any strainer

Put all the mutton chops into a mixing bowl with the marinade ingredients

Mix the chops with yogurt and spices, and keep in the fridge at least overnight

                
        
The next day, preheat the grill pan by adding a little oil on medium-high heat

Place chops on a preheated grill pan. Grill chops on medium-high heat

Cook each side of the chops for 3-4 minutes, then flip them. Cook the other side of the chops as before

Ingredients:
  1. 750g, mutton chops
  2. 250g, yogurt squeezed
  3. 2 tbsp green chilies, coarsely ground
  4. 3 tbsp full, papaya paste
  5. 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 2 medium-sized, freshly squeezed lemons' juice
  8. 1 tsp red chili powder
  9. 1 tsp, black pepper
  10. 100ml, cooking oil 
How to Make Grilled Mutton Chops?
  1. To make this recipe, first, marinade the mutton chops in it
