Fried Brown Onion || Crispy Fried Onion || How to make Fry onion With step by step photos and video with English subtitles

Crispy fried onions are so crunchy and crisp and use in many Asian dishes like biryani, korma haleem, dal but Fry brown onion in an accurate manner so that they stay crisp. maybe quite difficult. Specifically, in high moist weather countries like Pakistan, India, and Bangladesh, etc.

The most difficult thing is to stay crisp in the onion for a long time since moisture gets quickly soft the onion. and onion itself has a lot of water quantity this is the reason onion can not be crisp for more time.

Tips for making crispy onion:

  1. To make perfect crispy onion first rule is cut the thin slices of onion
  2. Rinse the onion thoroughly until they are separated to each other
  3. Don’t need to pat dry the onion if you are following this recipe. just tap down the strainer to remove the excess water from the onion
  4. If you don’t want to add flour to the onion then you would need to pat dry the onions
  5. Oil temperature should be around 150-170 Celcius. or moderate hot oil More heated oil will rapidly bring the color and turn into blackish. or if you fry the onion below the temperature your onion turns soggy and won’t as crisp
  6. After frying the onion leaves them at an airy place for an hour
  7. This onion will stay crisp at least for a month.
