- Eggs and buttermilk must be at room temperature to keep your batter an even consistency
- Alternate adding flour and buttermilk to keep the mixture uniform and well blended
- Measuring correctly be sure to use the proper measuring cups or kitchen scale for wet and dry ingredients
- Don’t overfill cupcakes 2/3 full or they will overflow and cause a muffin top. if you divide evenly between 12 cupcakes. you should have exactly enough batter.

How to make an Icing Glaze?
Preparing icing glaze a very quick and easy for cupcakes, and donut topping. Take a few tbsp or grams of sugar and dissolve with a tbsp of warm water. make a thicken the pourable syrup. or you can directly heat up the icing sugar in the saucepan on the low flame until melted then quickly use
