Tomato Macaroni Soup Recipe


Tomato Macaroni Soup | Tomato Soup is an easy, delicious, tangy, and tempting healthy soup, this Soup is quite possibly one of the most perfect comfort foods you will find in a bowl! To prepare tomato soup is used fresh tomatoes and some vegetables such as onions, ginger garlic blended with them after boiling and strain out
I used additional ingredients like chicken stock and macaroni in the soup if you are vegetarian or vegan, can skip chicken soup from it but I prefer to add macaroni to make us complete your lunch or dinner, this soup is full of nutrients and taste

I love to have this soup place of my dinner or lunch, I think so it's best for diest purpose and also would like to suggest you this soup especially during in winter 
Whatever I told measurement of ingredients in my recipe according to quantity and taste but you can double even triple as needed, so let's begin with step by step photos....
  1. At the time of serving you can drizzle whipped cream for enhancing taste or as desired
  2. Can be used pasta rather than macaroni

  4. Red tomatoes are better for making soup

    Preparation of tomato macaroni soup:
    To prepare tomato soup first make chicken stock, take a medium pot put washed chicken bones or neck, pour 1 jug of water into the pot along with salt, ginger garlic paste, chicken powder, and black peppercorn powder
    Stir well and bring it to boil on high flame
    Reduce the heat to medium-low and then let it cook for around 40 minutes


    Strain it out and discard all chicken bones set aside


    Boiling tomatoes:
    Boil the tomatoes, green chilies, onion, and garlic in 1 liter of water on a medium flame for 5-10 minutes, all veggies drain them out from the water 

    in the below picture you can see only 2 veggies just because by the time I hadn't  onion and garlic at home right after I bought from the store then cook them separately and then  blend together


    Blend them in the grinder jug till turns to smooth texture strain the tomato puree


    And pour 1 cup water stir to mix well set aside


    Boiling macaroni:
    In a large-sized pot pour water along with salt and little oil,bring it to boil, and put macaroni in it


    Let them cook around 8 minutes, then drain them in a colander keep aside 


    Making tomato soup:
    Take another medium pot or saucepan add butter or margarine let it melt on low flame, then pour the tomato puree


    Keep stirring by adding red chili powder and black peppercorn


    Pour white vinegar, salt, and chicken powder, cook tomato soup around 15 minutes on low-medium flame, keep stirring occasionally, now add chicken stock and at this stage adjust the salt and spices


    Stir to combine well and bring it to boil, keep stirring on a medium flame for about 5-10 minutes


    Once bubbles are appeared on top reduce the flame to low


    Dissolve 2 tsp or 1 tbsp cornstarch in little water   


    Reduce the heat to low then keep stirring by pouring cornstarch gradually to prevent make lumps, allow to cook soup another 5 minutes further on low-medium flame


    Turning the heat to low and at the end put macaroni and stir to mix well then simmer it for 3-5 minutes on very low heat, transfer to the serving bowl


    Tomato soup is ready to hot serve

    1. 300g, fresh tomatoes
    2. 3-4, garlic cloves
    3. 3-4, long green chilies
    4. 1 medium, onion
    5. Salt to taste
    6. 1 tbsp,butter/margarine
    7. 1 tsp, red chili powder
    8. 1 tsp, black peppercorn freshly crushed
    9. 100g,macaroni/pasta
    10. 2 tbsp, oil
    11. 1 cup, chicken stock frozen/fresh
    12. ¼ cup, white vinegar
    13. 2 tsp,cornstarch
    14. 1 tsp, chicken powder
    15. Coriander leaves for garnishing optional
    Ingredients for chicken stock:
    1. 150g,chicken bones/neck
    2. ½ tsp, chicken powder
    3. Salt to taste
    4. ½ tsp, black peppercorn powder freshly ground
    5. 1 tsp, ginger garlic paste
    How to make tomato soup?
    1. To prepare tomato soup first take a medium pot 
    2. Add butter/margarine and melt it
    3. Then add tomato puree with water and mix well
    4. Add all spices along with white vinegar
    5. Stir to combine well
    6. Cook for 15 minutes then pour chicken stock into the soup
    7. Stir well and allow to cook another 10 minutes
    8. Keep stirring constantly by adding dissolved cornstarch 
    9. Cook the soup another 5 minutes then put macaroni and stir to mix well
    10. Simmer tomato soup for 5 minutes
    11. Serve hot
