so here i share with all homemade korma spices that can be prepared within 20 minutes.this powder spice can be prepared in bulk or stored for a couple of months in the refrigerator,it is very flavourful and fills the home with an aroma of spices when you cook,all type Indian/Pakistani dishes of taste depends on spices and measurement that can make your dish delicious or tasteless so let’s come to know how to make homemade korma masala spice powder with step by step photos
                       

We need:

Dry roast whole spices:
Heat the pan,put all whole spices in it,dry roast them all together for just a minute over low heat,remove from the heat and transfer to the grinding jar

Grind roasted spices:
Grind them till turns fine powder,Now take them out into a bowl

    Mix powder spices: 
    Now add all powder spices and remaining whole spices,mix them very well

    Korma masala powder is ready to use in recipe

    You can store in the airtight jar/container for up to 3-4 weeks

                                         

    How to make recipe?

    Ingredients:
    1. 125g,red chilli powder
    2. 25g,kashmiri red chilli powder
    3. 1 tbsp,salt
    4. ½ tbsp,turmeric powder
    5. 1 tsp,citric acid
    6. ½ tsp,ginger powder
    7. ½ tsp,garlic powder
    Whole roasted spices:
    1. 75g, whole coriander seeds 
    2. 3,cinnamon sticks 
    3. ½ tbsp,fennel seeds 
    4. 75g,black peppercorn 
    5. 3-4,bay leaves  
    6. 8,green cardamom  
    7. 4-5,cloves roasted
    8. 1 ½ tbsp,cumin seeds 
    9. ½ piece,nutmeg 
    10. ½ tsp,mace 
    Instruction:
    1. Heat the pan
    2. Add all whole spices coriander seeds.black peppercorn,2 bay leaves,mace,nutmeg.cumin,fennel,4 green cardamom,cloves and cinnamon sticks
    3. Dry roast them all together for just a minute over low heat
    4. Remove from the heat and transfer to the grinding jar
    5. Grind them till turns to fine powder
    6. Now take them out into a bowl
    7. Now add salt,red chilli powder,citric acid,ginger garlic powder,turmeric powder, remaining 4 green cardamoms and bay leaves
    8. Mix them very well
    9. Now your korma masala powder is ready to use in recipe  
    10. You can store in the airtight jar/container for up to 3-4 weeks
