Keema Masala Powder is a blend of different spices, a bit tangy, aromatic, and flavored spicy masala powder that will make your keema curry delicious and tasty, from this spice you can make various styles of keema curries such as dhaba style keema,keema matar,keema aloo, mash keema, palak keema Or if you want to make dum ka keema in additional you have to add ½ tsp peppercorn tail and 2 small-sized long pepper and 1 tsp roasted chickpeas with poppy seeds the rest of spices remain same
This powder is enough for 1-2 kg keema
curry you can even add keema masala
powder as needed, I always prefer homemade spices to store-bought homemade

Combine all whole spices in the medium-hot pan
Dry roast them on low flame
I had forgotten to show black cardamom this is the reason first i dry roast cardamom and then put it with dry roasted spices
Stir to mix well until everything is incorporated

Keema Spice Powder is a blend of different

Ingredients:
- 1 ½ tbsp, coriander seeds
- 2 medium size, bay leaves
- 1 tbsp, cumin seeds
- ½ tbsp, black peppercorn
- 2 inches long, cinnamon stick
- 4 pieces, cloves
- 3 pods, green cardamom
- 2 pods, black cardamom
- 1/6 inches, nutmeg piece
- 1 pod, mace
- 1 tsp, raw turmeric if available
Powder Spices:
- 1 tbsp, Kashmiri red chili powder
- ½ tbsp, red chili powder
- ½ tbsp, salt
- 1/6 tsp, citric acid
- ½ tbsp, ginger powder
- 1 tsp, garlic powder
- ½ tsp, turmeric powder
- Heat the pan and put all whole spices cumin seeds, coriander seeds, cinnamon stick, cloves, black peppercorn, bay leaf, black and green cardamom, nutmeg, mace, raw turmeric
- Slightly dry roast them together on low flame for 1-2 minutes
- Turn off the flame and remove it from flame
- Put all roasted spices into a grinder jar, and grind them till turn into a fine powder
- Shift to the plate or bowl
- Put all powdered spices red chili powder, turmeric powder, citric acid, ginger and garlic powder, salt Kashmiri powder with roasted ground spices
- Stir to mix well
- Now keema spices powder is ready to use in recipes
- Transfer to the airtight jar or any bottle
- It can be stored for up to 1 month or more than it
