 blend of different spices,a bit tangy,aromatic and flavored spicy masala powder that will make your keema curry delicious and tasty,f
rom this spice you can make various style of keema curries such as dhaba style keema,keema matar,keema aloo,mash keema,palak keema Or if you want to make dum ka keema in additional you have to add ½ tsp peppercorn tail and 2 small sized long pepper and 1 tsp roasted chickpeas with poppy seeds the rest of spices are remain same



This powder is enough for 1-2 kg keema curry  you can even add keema masala powder as needed,i always prefer homemade spices than store-bought homemade spices can be a bit hard to make at home but trust me homemade masala can bring a lot of aroma and flavour to your dish,so must try this spice,lets go ahead to know how to make homemade Keema Spice Powder within 15 minutes...so let's begin with step by step photos.....

We need:

Preparation of keema spice powder:
Combine all whole spices to the medium hot pan

Dry roast them on low flame

I had forgotten to show black cardamom this is the reason first i dry roast cardamom then put with dry roasted spices

Grind them until fine powder,then shift to another plate

Put all dry powder spices with roasted ground powder

Stir to mix well until everything is incorporated

How to make recipe?




Keema Spice Powder | Homemade spice is blend of different spices,a bit tangy,aromatic and flavored spicy masala powder that will make your keema curry delicious..

Ingredients:
  1. 1 ½ tbsp,coriander seeds
  2. 2 medium size,bay leaves
  3. 1 tbsp,cumin seeds
  4. ½ tbsp,black peppercorn
  5. 2 inches long,cinnamon stick
  6. 4 pieces,cloves
  7. 3 pods,green cardamom
  8. 2 pods,black cardamom
  9. 1/6 inches,nutmeg piece
  10. 1 pod,mace
  11. 1 tsp,raw turmeric if available
Powder spices:
  1. 1 tbsp,kashmiri red chilli powder
  2. ½ tbsp,red chilli powder
  3. ½ tbsp,salt
  4. 1/6 tsp,citric acid
  5. ½ tbsp,ginger powder
  6. 1 tsp,garlic powder
  7. ½ tsp,turmeric powder
Instructions:
  1. Heat the pan and put all whole spices cumin seeds,coriander seeds,cinnamon stick,cloves,black peppercorn,bay leaf,black and green cardamom,nutmeg,mace,raw turmeric 
  2. Slightly dry roast them together on low flame for 1-2 minutes
  3. Turn off the flame and remove from flame
  4. Put all roasted spices into grinder jar, grind them till turns to fine powder
  5. Shift to the plate or bowl  
  6. Put all powder spices red chilli powder,turmeric powder,citric acid,ginger and garlic powder,salt kashmiri powder with roasted ground spices
  7. Stir to mix well
  8. Now keema spices powder is ready to use in recipes
  9. Transfer to the airtight jar or any bottle
  10. It can be stored for up to 1 month or more than it
