Keliji bun burger | Kaleji Bun is a delicious, tasty, spicy wholesome snack,this recipe can be had any time of the day
It is known as famous street food of Karachi, this snack mostly available at vendor or cart.it is very popular snack as well as healthy and full of nutrition, one kaleji bun burger is enough to have at one time, you will not feel like to have more than one because that liver is loaded from minerals and iron

Liver contains a lot of minerals, vitamins, iron which is why it feels heavy after eating I am preparing kaliji bun in beef you can use mutton, chicken lamb whatever you want additionally, I will tell how to make bun chutney(burger sauce) already have shared chicken kaleji masala recipe 
And homemade bun burger in my the previous post so today I am gonna actually I am all alone I have to manage all things from recipes to pictures so fluctuation can happen but I try to level my best I could share those recipes that you could better understand anyway not the hard and fast rule to make kaliji bun burger it's easy especially when you have prepared kaliji then it can be prepared within 10 minutes for an evening snacks so let's start with step by step photos

We need:


Preparation of making kaleji bun:
Cut kaliji into small pieces and wash the Kaleji thoroughly under the running water so that all blood could be removed very well from them

Dry roast whole spices:
Place a skillet on the stove and slightly dry roast coriander seeds, cumin and black peppercorn

Then crushed in a mixing bowl

Soak the tamarind in the hot water for an hour then strain the tamarind water and extract all seeds from the pulp

Marinade kaleji:                               
In a mixing bowl put kaleji along with all spices, mix them well and keep in the fridge for marination about 40-60 minutes

Heat the oil in the pot/pan put marinated kaleji to the pot 

Note, if you are cooking chicken liver then you can marinate for 30 minutes

Stir to mix it on medium to high flame for 3 minutes, then add dried fenugreek and salt keep stirring on low-medium flame until oil is separated from kaleji masala
                            


Now beef kaliji is done for making kaleji bun

    Making bun chutney:

    Pluck and wash all coriander, mint leaves, garlic, and green chilies then chop them
                          


    Blend and mix chutney with yogurt:
    In the grinder, jar put all ingredients then blend them together till turns to a smooth and fine paste then mix with beaten yogurt

    We required for making buns:

    Making kaleji bun:
    Heat the tawa then pour 1 tbsp oil

    Cut the buns into two pieces place on hot tawa,slightly toast buns from both sides and remove from the flame,place on any tray or plate,now apply some green sauce over bun slices

    Now put 1 tbsp beef kaleji masala on bun then add some onion and drizzle some chutney on top,then place other bun slice on top of kaliji onion mixture,cut into two/four pieces

      Now ready to serve with hot tea or coffee
      Note:You can add tomato ketchup,cucumber even lettuce as desired,i haven’t cucumber at this time that is why I didn’t add

      Ingredients:
      1. 250g, beef liver 
      2. 1 tbsp, ginger garlic paste, freshly ground
      3. 2 tbsp, lemon juice
      4. 1 tbsp, red chill flakes
      5. ½ tbsp, coriander seeds lightly roasted
      6. ¼ tbsp, cumin seed slightly roasted
      7. 1 tsp, black peppercorn
      8. 1/3 cup, homemade yogurt
      9. 1 tbsp, papaya paste 
      10. Salt to taste
      11. 1 tsp, dried fenugreek
      12. ½ cup, olive oil/canola oil         
      For bun chutney:
      1. ½ bunch, fresh coriander leaves chopped
      2. ½ bunch, fresh mint leaves chopped
      3. 4-6, green chilies coarsely chopped
      4. Salt to taste
      5. 1 large, green/red tomato coarsely chopped
      6. 1 tsp, cumin seeds
      7. 2 tbsp, homemade yogurt beaten
      8. 2 tbsp, tamarind pulp soaked in the hot water
      9. 3 cloves, garlic peeled 
      For kaleji bun:
      1. 4 pieces, homemade bun burger
      2. ½ cup, onion thinly sliced
      3. ½ cup, cucumber thinly sliced optional
      4. 5 tbsp, bun chutney
      5. 1 cup, beef kaleji
      6. Oil, as required 
      How to make a burger?
      Instructions:
      1. In a mixing bowl put kaleji, ginger garlic paste, papaya paste, red chili flakes, roasted and ground coriander, cumin, black peppercorn, lemon juice along with yogurt
      2. Mix them well 
      3. And keep in the fridge for marination about 40-60 minutes
      4. Heat the oil in the pot/pan, put marinated kaleji to the pot 
      5. Stir to mix it on medium-high flame for 3 minutes, then 
      6. Add dried fenugreek and salt keep stirring on low-medium flame until oil is separated from kaleji masala
      7. Now beef kaliji is done for making kaleji bun
      8. In the grinder jar put coriander, mint leaves together garlic cloves, salt, tomato, tamarind pulp green chili and cumin seeds,
      9. Blend them together till turns to a smooth and fine paste then mix with beaten yogurt 
      10. Heat the tawa then pour 1 tbsp oil
      11. Cut the buns into two pieces place on hot tawa,
      12. Slightly toast buns from both sides,
      13. Remove from the flame, and place on any tray or plate,
      14. Now apply some green sauce over bun slices
      15. Now put 1 tbsp beef kaleji masala on a bun then add some onion and drizzle some chutney on top, then place another bun slice on top of kaliji onion mixture, cut into two/four pieces
      16. Now ready to serve with hot tea or coffee
