Fruit Custard is a recipe loaded with mixed fruits of different flavors that nicely combined with milk, custard powder, sugar, and cream to give a smooth and nice texture? Fruit Custard is a perfect dish to attract kids, adults even all age groups people.
Fruit custard is one of the simple recipes for making dessert at home easily and fast to cook and prepare. Fruit custard has turned out to be a cool and refreshing dessert with fresh fruits that are seasonally available.
                                   

Personally, I love to have this fabulous dessert, but due to weight-conscious try to less have, you can have a lot without taking any tension :) I made a plan to make this delicious dessert for my friends who are coming for dinner
In this sweet dish can be used cocktail canned fruits instead of fresh seasoning fruits...so let's begin

      First, take a saucepan place on the stove pour ½ cup water bring to boil, Remove from flame and add jelly powder mix well and pour into ice cube tray.Set aside for 1/2 hour
      Repeat the same process with 2nd jelly..Jelly is done



      Heat the milk then add sugar mix it well on low flame until sugar is dissolved, Whilst the sugar is dissolving in a separate bowl take some lukewarm milk.Add custard powder mix it well until gets a smooth texture without any lumps
      Mix gradually custard batter in the boiled milk, keep stirring to avoid lumps on low flame

      The mixture will thicken around 5-6 minutes or even less than it, Remove from the flame and let it cool for a while

      Meanwhile, chop the fruits use seasonal fresh fruits if easily available  
      Note, avoid using citric fruits and melon/watermelon, you can use apple, banana, grapes, mango, cherries, and peach, or any other fruit that is not citric or watery

      Once the custard has cooled then add cream to it and mix it well

      Take a serving bowl put a layer of fruits and jelly then pour custard on top of them
      Repeat the same process with 2nd layer of fruits, jelly, and then custard
                             

      Finely add some remaining jelly, fruits on top of the custard layer. Now keep in the fridge for about 2 hours. Served chilled with the topping of cream, fruits, and jelly

      Note, you can decorate it with cream as desired The recipe can be double and triple even less as your requirement.

      2. 5-6 tbsp, vanilla custard powder or any flavor 
      3. 100ml, cream whipped
      4. 2 packet, jelly any color
      5. Mix fresh fruit seasonal/can be used cocktail canned
      6. Sugar to taste
