Samosa Chaat is a savory, spicy, and relishes snack it is quite easy to
prepare in just 40 minutes but important is if are ready-boiled
chickpeas and samosas in your fridge however
People many time have tasted samosa chana chaat to add some sauces
and veggies but now I prepared it quite an easy and simply way nor to need sauces,
veggies or yogurt quickly cook chana chole besides frying some papdi
Prepare veggie samosas always have had in my fridge I just microwave them and then assemble them with chole and serve to me with hot tea J I was planning to make samosa with chole for over a week but the lack of time is the biggest factor of me so finally today have got chance to accomplish my wish
You can add as desired yogurt, green sauce, sweet and sour tamarind sauce over samosas
Veggie samosa recipe I have already shared in Ramadan but you can use market samosa, even mince or chicken samosas as well, This is my quick samosa chana version which I can make it any time of the day by the time I wanted to use beaten yogurt and onion slices but unfortunately,
I hadn’t available in my kitchen or fridge L so I have
to eat without them not to worry that was fabulous taste additionally this
chana chole can be served with Karak pav bread, naan, and tandoori rotis for your
lunch or dinner, so let’s begin
To prepare this recipe first soak the chickpeas adding
baking soda overnight, Next morning wash the chickpeas under running water and
boil them in 2 liters of water without adding salt or soda, Chana should be soft and tender
Water must remain which will come to work in the cooking
chole, Note, I just used frozen chickpeas you can use canned chickpeas

In a pot add boiled chole with chana water add plain water
if needed
Turn on the flame and bring it to a boil meanwhile add powder and spices
Stir to mix well and let it cook for around 10-15 minutes on
medium flame
Reduce the flame to low and dissolve the cornflour in half a cup of water then pour into the chole
Keep stirring to prevent lumps in the chole
Now chole is ready to use in a recipe, transfer to the serving bowl and set aside
Take one serving plate place 2 samosas break them into halves
And add prepared chole over samosa along with papri and sprinkle some
chaat masala
Now samosa with chole is ready to serve with hot
tea
Note, at this stage, you can add beaten yogurt, onion slices, cabbage or tamarind, and green sauces as desired

- 2 cups, boiled chickpeas/canned chickpeas
- 1 tbsp, crushed red chilies flakes
- ½ tsp, turmeric powder
- ½ tsp, fennel seeds
- 1/3 tsp, nigella
- ¼ tsp, yellow color optional
- ¼ tsp, baking soda
- 1 tbsp, crushed coriander powder
- 1 tsp, black salt
- Regular salt to taste
- ¼ tsp, chicken powder
- 2 tbsp, cornstarch
- 1 ½ tsp, chaat
masala
- ½ tsp, basic garam masala
