this is my own homemade recipe that i prepared with different spices of blend it is a bit different than simple biryani masala recipe You could not get it easily from the market so I thought first I will share my own version yakhni biryani masala then yakhni biryani recipe First I have experiment to cook yakhni biryani from this masala trust me so tasty and yummy was in taste, however am sharing masala recipe with all You can store it more than 1 month in  cold and dry place

if you want to make it in double quantity then just make you double each spice in quantity....

Dry Roast whole spices:
Dry roast all whole spices on medium-low flame for 2 minutes

Blend Spices:
Then put all roasted whole spices in the grinder jar or mortar,grind them to a fine powder

Shift to another bowl/plate

Mix powder spices:
Add red chilli powder and salt mix them together and transfer to the bottle and paste the label with spice name

How to make recipe?




Yakhni biryani pulao is contain of  aromatic vary spices of blend,it will leave your taste buds asking for more.    


Ingredients:
  1. 1 tbsp,coriander seeds
  2. 1 tbsp,fennel seeds
  3. 2 tsp,cumin seeds
  4. 10.green cardamom
  5. 2,black cardamom
  6. 1 ½,star anise
  7. 6 to 8,cloves
  8. 1 tsp,black peppercorn
  9. 1 ½ inch, cinnamon sticks
  10. 1/3 tsp, mace
  11. ¼ piece, nutmeg
  12. 2 tsp,salt
  13. 1 tsp,black cumin
  14. 2 tsp,red chilli powder
  15. 1 big,bay leaf
Instructions:
  1. Dry roast all whole spices coriander seeds,fennel seeds,cumin seeds,green cardamom,black cardamom,star anise,cloves,black peppercorn,cinnamon stick,mace,nutmeg,black cumin and bay on medium-low flame for 2 minutes
  2. Then put all roasted whole spices in the grinder jar or mortar
  3. Grind them to a fine powder 
  4. Shift to the another bowl/plate
  5. Add red chilli powder and salt mix them together
  6. and transfer to the bottle and paste the label with spice name
  7. Now Yakhni biryani masala is ready for using ...
