Mixed Veggies Chicken Curry | Chicken Veggie Curry is a great combination of vegetables and meat,aromatic,flavoured and spicy curry,It is quite basic one,a simple curry prepared with onion,tomatoes,capsicum,spring onion along with chicken and spices,it is my own version,I tell you about my experiment

Over a past month i don’t feel like cooking anything neither had enough cooking stuff at home thus i opened the door of fridge with off mood and whatever got from there i cooked by mixing them trust me that was superb and amazing in taste so since that day I had been thinking to share my new experiment with dearest readers so today I brought this yummiest and tasty curry for you it can be served with chapatis,naan or even with plain rice or zeera rice
So you even try this easy and simple curry 
so let's begin.....

Preparation of mixed veggies chicken curry:
Take all your ingredients,and prepare your veggies,finely chop them

Cooking Curry:
First heat the mustard oil on high flame and drop a piece of onion and burn it in the hot oil and drain it out then discard your oil is ready to use in recipe,reduce the heat on medium,then add onion slices to the oil and sauté it for 2 minutes on medium heat

Add chicken pieces and fry it with onion till turns to change its colour,now add spices

Fry chicken with spices on medium heat then add tomatoes

Reduce the heat to low-medium and cover the lid,allow to sauté tomatoes with the chicken and spices for 5 minutes,remove the lid

Put potatoes,stir to mix well with chicken and spices,now add crushed black peppercorn and remaining veggies

Keep mixing on medium flame by adding garam masala until oil is separated,pour hot and boiled water

Bring it to boil,cover the lid and let it cook around 10 minutes on medium flame

Remove the lid,slightly mix well

Sprinkle some fresh coriander leaves and simmer it around 5 minutes on very low flame

Mixed veggies chicken curry is done,transfer to the serving dish

Serve with paratha,naan,chapatis and zeera rice

How to make recipe?




Mixed veggie chicken curry is a great combination of vegetables and meat,aromatic,flavoured and spicy curry 

Ingredients:
  1. 300g,potatoes chop into cubes
  2. 200g,chicken with bones
  3. ½ cup,tomatoes chopped
  4. 1/3 cup,capsicum chopped
  5. 5-6 pcs,green chilies
  6. 2 tbsp,coriander leaves chopped
  7. 1/3 cup,spring onion green portion
  8. 2 tsp,ginger garlic paste freshly ground
  9. 1/3 cup,spring onions chopped white portion
  10. 150ml,mustard oil
  11. 1 cup,water as needed hot and boiled
Powder spices:
  1. 1 tsp,red chilli flakes
  2. 1 ½ tsp,coriander crushed
  3. 1/3 tsp,turmeric powder
  4. Salt to taste
  5. ½ tsp,black peppercorn crushed
  6. ½ tsp,basic garam masala
Instructions:

  6. Fry with spices on medium heat then add chopped tomatoes
  7. Reduce the heat to low-medium and cover the lid,allow to sauté tomatoes with the chicken and spices for 5 minutes
  8. Remove the lid and put chopped potatoes,stir to mix well with chicken and spices
  9. Now add crushed black peppercorn,remaining vegetables,chopped capsicum spring onion and green chillies
  10. Keep mixing on medium flame by adding garam masala until oil is separated
  11. Pour hot and boiled water and bring it to boil
  12. Cover the lid and let it cook around 10 minutes on medium flame
  13. Remove the lid,slightly mix well and sprinkle some fresh coriander leaves and simmer it around 5 minutes on very low flame
  14. Mixed veggies chicken curry is done 
  15. Transfer to the serving dish
  16. serve hot with paratha,naan ,chapatis and zeera rice
