Chicken Stuffed Bread is one of my hot favorite meals, more often I baked and enjoy with tea and coffee, this aromatic and flavored stuffed chicken bread truly tasty and accomplish hunger requirement, below here I am giving recipe step by step.kindly you follow it very carefully otherwise the wrong measurement can spoil your hard work.so let's begin with step by step photos.....

In a Mixing bowl put all ingredients except oil/butter and water, Mix well with fingers now start kneading by pouring lukewarm water little by little_Knead until it becomes gather and formed.
Now add oil/butter keep kneading until dough stickiness is disappeared keep aside at warm place for raising about 4 hours

Take a pan heat the butter/margarine add onions saute it, add powder spices stir to mix well
Then add all-purpose flour stir it for a minute then pour milk besides keeping on stirring the spoon on low flame to prevent making lumps, now add shredded chicken in smooth batter stir it for a minute then add coriander leaves.set aside
Note:
Boil the chicken with ginger garlic paste in 100 ml water or 1 cup cook until dries excess water let it cool and shred the boiled chicken and keep it aside.

Divide the dough into two or three depending on how big you want the loaves_Proceed with viewing the subsequent steps to see how the bread is shaped_Roll out the dough with the help of a rolling pin into the rectangular shape. place the filling in the center of the rectangle
Now cut strips side by side of the chicken mixture. follow the below figure
Start bringing the topmost strip ends across from each other alternately
Keep going, remember to alternate, like a crisscross fashion. Left to right...right to left.
This is how it will look as you get further down the bread with the crossing of the sides/braiding
After filling the dough you cover it with the handkerchief for rising again for about 30 minutes. meanwhile, you preheat the oven at 230 C for a half-hour.

    Take a small bowl put egg and milk beat until well combined keep aside
    Grease the baking tray or lined butter paper transfer all bread to the baking tray. brushing on top of the bread with egg wash along with sprinkles some sesame seeds over chicken bread
    Bake them at 200 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until nicely golden brown color
    Right after taking out of the oven apply butter well on the whole bread and let it rest covered with a cloth for 2-3 min to soften the bread completely.



    Now ready to serve with ketchupmint sauce, raita...

    1. 300g, chicken boneless boiled and shredded
    2. 100g,butter/margarine
    3. 125g, milk
    4. 1 tsp, black peppercorn freshly crushed
    5. 1 tbsp, all-purpose flour
    6. ½ tbsp, coriander leaves
    7. 2, green chili finely chopped
    8. ½ tsp, red chili flakes optional
    9. 1/3 cup, onions finely chopped
    10. 1 tsp, ginger garlic paste
    Ingredients for dough:
    1. 2 cups, all-purpose flour
    2. ½ tsp, Instant Yeast                               
    3. ½ tsp, sugar                                           
    4. ½ tsp, salt       
    5. 1/3 tsp, baking powder                                         
    6. 1 large, egg  beaten
    7. 1 tbsp, milk powder
    8. 100g,oil/butter                                   
    9. Lukewarm water, for kneadin 
    How to make the chicken bread?
